what is ISO? 

 ISO measures the sensitivity of the image sensor. lower the iso less sensitivity your camera is and the opposite higher the iso more sensitivity your camera is going to be.

How ISO works technically (in camera) & visually (in photo)? 

how the iso works technically is the lens of your camera is trying to let light in but the body of the camera isnt so thats why the photos are blurry. For how it works visually is if you have a lower iso the photo is gonna be more clear not blur to the picture, but if you have a really high iso like a 6400 the picture will have  good amount of blur to it. 

What happens to the exposure triangle when you change your iso?

so when we kept changing the iso to make it increase on the light meter we had to change the shutter speed to make it go faster due to your f stop had to the stay the same so you have to change the shutter and make the shutter like 1/250 a really fast shutter.

what is shutter speed? 

is a measurement of the time the shutter is open, shown in seconds or fractions of a seconds.

the aperture affects the exposure as well as the depth-of field, the shutter affects more than just the exposure. The shutter speed is also principally responsible for controlling the amount of blur in a picture.

It effects your ISO so you gotta play with the ISO to balance out your light meter.

what is aperture?
        aperture is how much light comes into the lens so if you have a f stop at 22 that means the lens is opened really small and that will make it a good landscape photo due to it has everything in focus. with a fully opened lens say a f2.8 that will help you if your taking a photo of one person or thing and you want to blur out the background.

How aperture works technically (in camera) & visually (in photo):
         If you have a lower f stop that means if your focused on one thing or even a person everything behind it will be blurry and if you have a higher f stop so a f22 everything in your photo will be in focus nothing will be blurry.

what happens to the exposure triangle when you change your aperture:
        you change the shutter to even out your light meter. and If you have a power f stop so a f2.8 you will have a fast shutter speed, but when you have a higher f stop so a f22 it will have a slow shutter.
